Together for nature and young generation

Our non-profit sustainability, conservation and education projects give children and youth in Botswana the opportunity to discover and protect their natural environment.

Our mission

The nature and biodiversity in Botswana is unique. We want to make a contribution to protect it.

We believe that young people are the key players in protecting our natural resources and that they have the ability to bring about positive change.

People protect what they know and like. Most children and young people in Botswana, however, have no access to the unique wilderness and little connection to the natural wealth of their country.

Therefore, we enable them to have special experiences in nature and in the Botswana bush. This leaves a lasting impression. We make it possible to experience the effects of one's own actions on the environment.

OUR WORK in botswana

Together with local partners, we organize environmental protection projects, workshops and educational programs for the young generation in Maun, Botswana.

We want to provide our participants with tools and knowledge to make sustainable decisions and to develop an awareness for a respectful and responsible approach towards themselves, the community and the environment.

We encourage creativity and innovation and give our participants space for their own ideas in the projects.

We aim to cover a wide range of environmental protection topics, including wildlife conservation, biodiversity preservation, waste prevention and sustainable agriculture. Our educational work for children, teenagers and young adults focuses on the head-heart-hand principle.

We are committed to improving the standard of education in the region, to providing career prospects in the field of environmental protection, and to strengthening local partners, because we believe that education has a sustainable impact.

Through our work, we contribute to several of the 17 global UN Sustainable Development Goals:
No poverty
Zero hunger
Quality education
Gender equality
Reduced inequalities
Climate action
Life on land
Peace
Partnerships for the goals
